Hot Yoga Bowling Green is a TRUE Hot Yoga studio, with researched systems and employing proven techniques with an educated and very supportive staff, so that you can have a great, unforgettable experience in Hot Yoga. As you try various types of exercise and yoga programs, be aware that some offerings at various locations throughout the U.S. may simply attempt using a poorly-heated room, unsanitary environment, and untrained "teachers" to present themselves as "hot" yoga. These programs can possibly be unsafe, with improper floors and improper pacing or posturing for a heated class. At Hot Yoga Bowling Green, our eleven instructors are certified and then are trained with our director, who has some 2,000 hours of yoga teaching experience in the heated environment. Everyone on staff at Hot Yoga BG has received more than 100 classes of experience taking and then verbalizing the series before assuming the responsibilities of teaching your class! Most of our instructors have very diverse backgrounds in other styles of yoga as well, so you can be assured of an awesome class every time!

      Our lobby and dressing areas feature high-grade ceramic tile and cool colors for welcoming and relaxing, home-like atmosphere. The entire studio says "Welcome!".  Shop in our beautiful retail area in the lobby for yoga/exercise mats, YogiToes (TM) "Skidless" Towels, yoga/exercise clothing for men and women by such brands as Shakti, HardTail, Sauvage, Verve,  Inner Waves, Hugger-Mugger, Vital Dry, and many others!  Hot Yoga logo gear includes T-shirts, Hooded sweatshirts, tank tops, water bottles, sports bras and more.  We can "gear you up" and clothe you for ALL types of exercise, including Hot Yoga!  Accessories include our famous "Yoga Sandals", yoga and gear bags, headbands, straps and blocks for modifications, and of course a great selection of ice-cold waters and electrolytes.  Fresh, clean towels and clean sanitized yoga mats are available for rent if you do not have these items with you.  We can provide everything you need for an incredible class!

Four sparkling clean showers (two in each dressing room) with shampoo, conditioner, and antibacterial body wash provided .  Double sinks with marble-top vanities in each dressing room, complete with antibacterial hand soap, hand sanitizer, and spray deodorant/antiperspirant for your comfort.  Botanical, earth-friendly body lotion is at hand for smoothing out your experience, and of course hand towels and tissues are provided.  Hand-held hair dryers provided in each dressing area!  Ladies' and Men's rooms are on opposite ends of the studio for maximum privacy and security. 32 total lockers are available for your convenience. Toilets in each dressing room. All facilities meet or exceed ADA approved standards.

Our yoga room is second to none, with an open, expansive 9-foot ceiling, 7-foot mirrors wrapping around your practice for great focus and alignment, various lighting treatments for every type of class, cool earth tone whites and misty green and coming soon: a brand new incredible, custom mural designed and hand-painted by our Artist in Residence, Jennifer Moonsong. Feel the comforting cushioned effect of our radiantly heated black fusion floor. Our floor is very sanitary with "floating" tiles of rubberized environmentally friendly material which feels soft but strong, and is very forgiving to the joints. Our floor lends itself well to constant sanitizing and cleaning --- which is our mission. We are cleaning throughout the day and between class times to be sure that you LOVE taking a DEEP BREATH when you visit us! Cleanliness is next to Godliness, as you know! You will appreciate our using tea tree oil, eucalyptus, lavender, Ecos laundry detergents and other earth-friendly products along with our disinfecting cleaners for your comfort and good health.  Lose yourself in a variety of musical background sounds through our six-speaker DCM and Onkyo system.  Our yoga classes sound as good as they feel!

Your Hot Yoga experience is given that touch of perfection with clean steam humidification and radiant energy-efficient heat, with a totally state-of-the-art Ionic Air Filtration system. Think "pure air". We have recently added a new AIR CONDITIONING system to our yoga room for even better humidity control and fresh air exchange! Our room is germ free and intelligently designed for the very best environment ANYWHERE to practice yoga.  Much MORE than just yoga --- much MORE than just a workout.
