Yoga Day USA ---  was held Saturday, Jan. 21 at Hot Yoga Bowling Green! Benefit for Childrens' Tumor Foundation & the fight against childhood cancer and was an OVERWHELMING  SUCCESS.  Thank you to everyone who had a part in this exciting event, giving of your time and showing by your very actions, your kind hearts! This was Donation Day at Hot Yoga BG. So many, many dedicated people turned out to give, and enjoyed some of the best yoga practice ever!  All proceeds for classes donated now going directly to Childrens' Tumor Foundation, in support of this great program and celebrating Yoga Day USA. We all enjoyed some wonderful sharing of our blessings while sharing yoga and being warriors in the fight against childrens' cancer.  For more details on the Children's Tumor Foundation, go to their website at   www.ctf.org  and see how they are improving lives worldwide. Saturday, February 11 was a Blessed day at HYBG! Special Thank You to the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana - Bowling Green & Jenni Johnson and Carol Crowe & all the great girls themselves for sharing such a wonderful class with us!  Incredible turnout for the super fun Partner Yoga Event Friday evening, February 10.  Everyone had an awesome time of fellowship and sharing.  Thanks to everyone who came, and thanks once again to Justin, Lydia, & all the great staff at Spencer's Coffeehouse!

Medical Center-WBKO TV Health & Wellness Expo 2012 was an awesome event and a tremendous success.  What a crowd... wow! Hot Yoga would like to thank every person who stopped by our display area to chat, learn more about our programs, and sign up for some cool prizes.  Come see us at HYBG to see what all of us are so passionate about!  A special thank you to Connie Smith, Doris Thomas, Andrea Norris, Beth Sawyer, and all the other super people at the Medical Center... and of course to Hayley Harmon, Lauren Hanson, and the outstanding WBKO-TV pros for their hospitality and for making this one of the best Expos ever!

MY Yoga Kids' Classes have been a blast!  Thank you for supporting this series of Saturday classes for kids and parents.  Watch for new series of youth classes coming in 2012... announcements coming at a later date!  We could also be coming soon to a school near you.  Yoga Mama and Yoga Daddy love sharing the excitement of yoga with all the youth in our area!  :)

Hot Yoga Community Connection programs are always exciting and fun!  Yoga Mama, Anice has enjoyed some great yoga and great sharing with the always-young residents of  Village Manor in November and December 2011. We are looking forward to visiting your beautiful facility again in 2012 and sharing the wonders of yoga!

A big Thank You to Mrs. McMurtrey and her second grade class at North Jackson Elementary in Barren County, KY on Tuesday, November 22.  Yoga Mama and Yoga Daddy enjoyed Grandparents' Day with our three granddaughters, and Yoga Mama led a Yoga class with granddaughter Lauren and her classmates before their lunch break.  A wonderful day, and a fun and learning time for all of us.

Yoga Mom also had the opportunity to lead some rewarding yoga sessions at McNeill Elementary School & Potter-Gray Elementary School and loved the awesome students and their wonderful & positive energy!  Thank you to the teachers, coaches and staff at McNeill and Potter-Gray for giving us the gift of time spent with you.  We are truly blessed, and hoping God continues to bless you as well.

And a huge Thank You to all of our dedicated yogis & yoginis who donated so generously during our Thanksgiving Food Drive 2011.  Yoga Daddy delivered hundreds of food items to Hope House of Bowling Green, as you have made many families' Thanksgiving Holiday just a little bit better and a whole lot happier and healthier!  Hot Yoga people are the best!  We love you all.   :)
