We love community but want to make sure that the mat is a place of reflection, your conversations can wait until the locker room<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Stay in the yoga room the entire class, if you need a break please come into a resting pose on your mat but we strongly recommend that you stay in the room as it\u2019s the safest place to be. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Leaving early is disruptive to the entire class and creates additional safety concerns as the full hour is programmed to allow you time to calmly cool down. Please speak with the studio owner and instructor about leaving early. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>You are not responsible for anyone other than yourself. Please refrain from trying to assist other students in poses or the instructor in how to maintain the classroom.
