If you want a teacher that blends Baptiste and Beyonce, spirit and science, intention and innovation: meet me on the mat.

My personal mantra is connection, movement, and light. My yoga practice ranges from Power Vinyasa and Buti to Yin and Restorative. When I’m off the mat I like to teach dance, garden, game, and create. I am influenced by a range of body intuitive teachers from Judith Hanson Lasater and Jessamyn Stanley to Hiro Landazuri and Jason Crandell.

I believe instructors are responsible for holding a space and encouraging a plan for a practice; I also believe that the outcome is entirely up to the student. The classes I teach are challenging but every moment you have both choices and variations to craft the practice that you are seeking. I draw inspiration from nature, popular culture, mythology, and how these things relate to the roots of yoga. I fuse asana, pranayama, movement, and music together and center them on a singular theme ensuring that every time we come to the mat together we forge a practice that cannot be duplicated and is unique to the group in attendance.
