INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT–Emily left and Amy right. You will find these two sweet, soft spoken, ladies on the mat practicing and teaching here at Hot Yoga. Each of these ladies bring a strong work ethic to the room when practicing and it shows when they are on the mat teaching. We absolutely love these ladies and we know you will too.
