From the moment I stepped into my first Hot Yoga class, I was hooked. The heat, the intensity, the transformation—it lit something in me that’s been burning ever since. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2015, and every class I lead is an opportunity to help students build strength, both physically and mentally.
I teach mostly power yoga, and I believe strength doesn’t always mean pushing harder—it can also mean knowing when to pull back, modify, and leave the ego off the mat. Whether you’re here to advance your practice or reconnect with yourself, there’s space for you in my class.
I hold an ERYT500 certification, having completed my RYT200 with Cindy Lunsford and my RYT300 with Jimmy Barkan. I’m also certified in Yoga for Athletes and am a Certified Stretch Coach. I love helping students increase mobility, recover better, and unlock their full potential on and off the mat.
Outside the studio, I’m a Holistic Health Coach and Holistic Perimenopause & Menopause Coach. I’m passionate about natural wellness and always eager to learn and share ways to support the body through every season of life.
And my most important job? Being dog mom to River, my loyal chocolate lab and constant companion.
