Restorative & Slow Flow Vinyasa | Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor
I believe yoga is a return — to breath, to steadiness, to the quiet strength that lives beneath the noise.
My work in education and mental health shapes the way I hold space. I am passionate about trauma-informed care and nervous system regulation, and I primarily teach restorative and slow flow vinyasa, offering intentional, grounding, and accessible movement. I gently weave breathwork and mindful pacing into my sequencing so that strength and safety can coexist. My classes invite you to slow down, listen inward, and build resilience without force. At the heart of my teaching is a simple belief: people thrive when they feel safe enough to soften.
Outside the studio, I am a mother to two beautiful daughters and a lover of travel. I feel most at home in nature — creating, exploring, and finding quiet stillness throughout my day. My lived experience with physical limitation has deepened my respect for sustainable movement and meeting individual needs with care.
I feel grateful to move barefoot in the heat with my class — where warmth invites softness and breath brings us back to presence.
