YOU are not REQUIRED to already be flexible to start, or even enjoy, a hot yoga practice. Yoga is designed to help you find a healthier level of flexibility, while keeping in mind that each person has their own unique level of flexibility.

YOU do not have to LOOK or THINK a certain way to be a yoga student. Yogis come in all shapes and sizes! Hot Yoga Bowling Green is an affirming space that welcomes all people. We have a respect for the roots of yoga and the beliefs of individual students.

YOU will find that EVERY body and ANY age can have a hot yoga practice! Due to the heat, we do recommend checking with your healthcare professional before starting any physical activity. With multiple styles and teachers, we offer a class just for you!
When can I start my Hot Yoga Practice?
Come on in to our Bowling Green studio, and we will get you set up! You’ll need a mat, yoga towel and water, but we rent all of that too.
