Morning Fusion

A steady and invigorating fusion of; breath, traditional hatha poses, vinyasa, and core-stabilizing movement. This class has the pace, heat, and music that will set a tone for the rest of your day.

Build & Blaze

This class relies on long holds and engagement within poses to build both a stronger yoga practice as well as a stronger body. Paced to allow your body to grow flexible strength with a blazing focus on being present and balanced.

Locate28

26 poses & 2 breathing exercises forged together in an unchanging series that allows you to explore your breath and focus to create the change from within. Set to music and paired with passionate instruction and atmosphere; how will you locate the 28?

FarenHIIT

Our answer to High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) uses small bursts of cardio in the hot room abbreviated with recovery time to amplify the effectiveness of this more fitness-based class. If you need a fast-paced and high-energy complement to your traditional yoga practice farenHIIT has the temperature and tempo for you.

Slow Burn

Who said slower meant easier? This class relies on slow and controlled movement as well as engagement within the stillness of traditional poses. Paced to enhance your stamina and balance, this is the kind of practice that improves not only your physical strength but the mental and emotional focus to burn through any challenge on or off the mat.

Mind-Body Fusion

Combine your perspiration with inspiration in this fusion of traditional yoga, power vinyasa, and modern movement practices that creates completely unique experiences with each class and instructor. Creative sequencing and upbeat music invite you to explore beyond the poses and into your purpose.

Blend, Bend, & Zen

If you think variety is the spice of life you will enjoy the blend of different styles of practice offered from traditional yoga asana and vinyasa to deep stretches and breath exercises.Hit shuffle on your playlist of poses and pranayama to explore your personal path to peace.

Hot Power Vinyasa

Some like it hot… and they meet bright and early in this hour of power intended for intermediate to advanced practitioners. This is a challenging fusion of power vinyasa, deep core work and options to explore more intense sequences and poses.

Restore and Flow

Deep healing heat and sequences designed to help with realigning and restoring your body and your mind. New and seasoned students alike will benefit from this more relaxing element of practice that pairs meditative and mindful movement with breath work and a calming atmosphere.

Core Vinyasa

Breath to movement is the core of vinyasa and this class will consistently explore those elements. Sun Salutation, Moon Salutation, building flows and on occasion The Barkan Method(TM) can all be expected in this class that pairs mindfulness with movement.

Fire Asana

High heat and poses with variations from classes such as Locate28 and other yoga lineages. You can expect to deepen your understanding of some of the foundational poses of yoga with the addition of some steady vinyasa practice.

Start Me Up Saturday

Don’t let your weekend end weakly. Start your Saturday with a surprising blend of our various in-house instructors or even a visiting yoga teacher as they hold a space for you and present the style of yoga that they know and love best. When we say ALL levels are welcome we truly mean it. It doesn’t matter if this is your first time or four-hundredth time on the mat, we look forward to seeing you start your weekend with style.

 

Hot Shred Express

 

45 mins of slow, intense, mindful movement with light weights.  This 45 minute class adds resistance training in the HOT ROOM to increase the intensity and the BURN!  Perfect for all levels, modifications available.  If weights aren’t your thing, okay you can still join us for the 45 minute express class and move with us, without the weights!

 

Hot Shred Express++++++

is a full hour of slow, controlled movements with light weights for resistance training and increasing intensity.  We have light weights, various sizes!  Not comfortable with weights, ok, join the class and move with us without weights.  With or without weights you can still isolate and target to increase intensity and resistance.

Slow Down Sunday

The perfect cure for ‘Sunday Scaries’ (SCHMONDAY IS COMING). This blended class is a powerful connection of breath and body done at a more intentional pace. Expect a deep sweat with time and space for deep reflection. This class is excellent for those seeking active recovery to supplement higher intensity practice or training as well as those that prefer the vulnerability and peace of a slower pace but wish to grow their practice gradually. All are welcome to slow yourself and know yourself.
