Meet Your Hot Yoga Instructors

Meet Your Hot Yoga Instructors

At Hot Yoga Bowling Green, we are generously blessed with instructors who practice and teach a wide variety of styles/lineages.

Hot Yoga has numerous instructors, some who have been with us for years and a few who just completed their RYT200 within the previous couple of years.  The instructors bring variety and passion to all of the yoga classes.

When in the studio you will see the instructors practicing alongside of you in class when they are not teaching.  They each believe in the importance of practicing and furthering their practice and training  to give the best experience to the students.

We have everything from Traditional (LOCATE28) to YIN to Vinyasa to Blend to The Barkan Method, there truly is a yoga class for everyone.
